At check out there is a form that must be filled out when ordering any custom items. If you know what you want then fill out the form if not use the link for Design Request Form. That will be sent to me before you purchase. I will then send the proof to you for approval. If you know what you want put on the item then proceed to check out!

FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States

Due to the nature of my products being custom designed to your needs and desires, the delivery is dependent on how quickly the process can be completed. When you place an order the design process starts with the information you give me on the Design Request form. I will make the design based on this. You will receive a proof in an email. You will then approve or make changes. After you approve the final proof the item will be completed and shipped out. Shipping is primarily USPS and UPS. Generally, the shipping time is around 5 days (that depends on the carrier). I cannot ship to a PO Box except with USPS. They will be shipped the most economical method. Special shipping requests will be handled at an additional charge. Any questions will be handled by email in most situations it is the easiest method.
